Dispatch & Routing
Optimized route building, crew assignment, zone-based scheduling, what-if planning, and a live fleet map on one dispatch board.
CBC Dispatch platform
CBC Dispatch is our own delivery operations platform, included with every account at no extra license. Book online, watch orders move from dock to door in real time, and pull the reports your clients ask for.
Everything below ships with your CBC Moving account. Your team sees the same board our dispatchers use.

Manifest intake, dock appointment scheduling, BOL processing, and days-on-hand visibility for every inbound truck.
Pre-delivery inspections, on-site POD photo capture, auto-naming, and customer home photos to guide every crew.

Self-scheduling links, real-time order tracking, delivery ratings, home photos, and two-way chat between customers and dispatch.

Integrations
Orders can arrive by CSV import, partner API, EDI 214 status exchange, or webhook. Field mappings are configured per client, so onboarding a new retailer or 3PL is a settings change, not a code deploy.
POST to the partner intake endpoint, upload a manifest, or let a 4PL sync push them.
Orders land on the dispatch board, zoned and capacity-checked, with the customer texted a scheduling link.
Status changes stream back by webhook or EDI 214, with photo POD attached on completion.
Accessorials, mileage, and rate cards roll into per-client invoices and daily summaries.
Tell us your lanes and volumes, and we’ll come back with a service plan and rates — usually within one business day. Or start with a single delivery and see the operation for yourself.
