Can you take away the customer’s old mattress?
Yes. Haul-away is an add-on service: the crew removes the old mattress and box spring at the same visit.
Do you set up adjustable bases?
Yes. With White Glove service the crew assembles the base, connects it, checks that it moves, and places the mattress on it.
What about stairs and walk-ups?
Stairs are handled by our two-person crews and priced as an add-on. Tell us about walk-ups when you book so we can plan the carry.
