Pricing

Priced for your freight, not a list.

Every delivery is priced by service level, lane, size and volume. Tell us what you ship and where, and we’ll send rates for your lanes, usually within one business day.

What sets the price

Five things decide what a delivery costs

Service level

From curbside and threshold to room of choice and full white glove with assembly. More handling at the door means more crew time.

Distance and zone

Daily routes around our Portland and Seattle-area warehouses cost less than scheduled runs to the coast, Central Oregon or Eastern Washington.

Size and weight

Weight, piece count and oversize items decide the crew and equipment a delivery needs.

Volume and consistency

Regular, predictable volume on the same lanes earns contract rates. One-off deliveries are priced individually.

Add-ons

Stairs, long carries, a third crew member, haul-away, storage days, timed or after-hours delivery are added only when needed.

Pricing questions

Why don’t you publish a rate card?
Because a list price rarely matches a real delivery. Lane, volume, service level and access all change the cost, so we quote your actual freight instead of a number that has to be adjusted later.
How fast can I get rates?
Send your services, lanes and estimated volume and we usually reply with a rate sheet within one business day.
Can I price a single delivery?
Yes. Our Get a Quote page gives an estimate for one delivery after you tell us where it is going and how to reach you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Volume shippers usually move to a contract rate card. Ask our team about the terms that fit your freight.
